This is a narrated training presentation designed to fulfill the requirement to train HazCom employees about recent changes in chemical hazard communication. Specifically, it is meant to assist campuses in meeting a December 1, 2013 deadline to train employees about the new label elements and safety data sheet format. These items are available for incorporation into your HazCom program, including use on your UW campus website or D2L site.
Included with the 30 minute presentation is a one-page summary sheet, and an example quiz. More questions were developed in our D2L question pool. The D2L version can be viewed upon request.
